Did Anyone Watch PBS Last Nite - New Reality Shows
They were just great. One is a comptition between would-be great chefs. I know it sounds wierd - but it was really good. And it finally got so exciting I had to turn it off. Really. I'm not being sarcastic here - just the competition got so intense.

And after that a great show on species invading new habitats all over the world - it was fascinating.

2. A Reality Show on Invading Species?
Do they have a competition to see which species can overrun the landscape first?

3. Na - I meant reality in the sense that the info is real.
But you may have good idea there. Try Fox.

5. I thought that, too.
But how about those termites in New Orleans?

And I thought the plants on the Big Island were interesting, too. And what an interesting solution to that problem.

The ones that scare me are insects. I don't like insects much. And especially those rivers of fire ants or whatever they are called that are in Africa - where they just gone on a forage run and eat everything they run into.

Hate that kind of stuff. It scares me to death.

6. I missed the termites segment
and hope to catch it on the rerun. The plants on the big island was very interesting too as it really went into detail about how it effected the entire biosphere and went into detail about how the Hawaiians are combatting the problem.

We have invasive species here in New Hampshire too, and I am dealing with my own battle against the scourge of Oriental Bittersweet, the vine that kills everything it touches, so I have a lot of sympathy for those in larger scale battles.

Edited to insert space.

previously. Totally different than the sleazy ones all over the place. One took regular people and had them play the roles akin to those In "Upstairs, Downstairs." Another was a family living in London as a Victorian family would have done. Another had contemporary people go out and live (including building your own domicile) as settlers would have done around 1880 in Wyoming (I think it was Wyoming). All were really good and worth watching.
