Is it just me or is older guys talking about teenage models creepy?

I made it clear in the OP that I understood this goes on. The sexual drive is strong in most humans. So I can understand them looking. I was talking about them TALKING about it.

To discuss or admire physical beauty? I'm not talking about going out with a teen, or having sex with a teen, that's not creepy, merely pathetic. But for one guy to discuss with another the finer points of a models characteristics, what's wrong with that.

It is human nature to admire physical beauty, and it just isn't older men than discuss models' more attractive assets, I've seen plenty of "dirty old women" do the same exact thing. Is that creepy.

If they're not rude about it, or act on it, why not. I'm assuming, since you said model, that all are adults here. What is the harm?

It depends on what they are saying. If they are simply discussing the beauty of the person, i don't have a problem. If they are talking about what they would like to do to the model, that's creepy.

Of course, I'm not really a fan of people telling me what they imagine themselves doing with anyone.

I believe that people should not only be free to explore their creative sexual urges, but to freely discuss them with others (when appropriate, of course) without fear of rejection. If a 40 year old man finds a woman incredibly hot, why should it be OK to discuss it if she's 39 but not if she's 19?

Plus I'm being prejudiced, but not against the older men... against the young women. I tend to assume they won't be intellectually compatible with the men, whereas they very well may be.

Nowhere did I so much as IMPLY that older or younger people should not find younger or older people sexually attractive. For the fifth or sixth time, I said that I UNDERSTAND that this happens. For some reason it's creepy to me to hear it talked about.

Maybe it's because I have issues... I don't know. I'm having this discussion to flesh the situation out - to understand... is it just me? If so, why? My intention was not to be confrontational.

I don't really enjoy hearing anyone talk about anybody else as if they were a slab of meat rather than a human being. Age and sex make no difference in this matter.

It's not surprising to me that they do, however, since TV shows, music videos, and advertisements of all kinds present people that way.

When I hear a conversation like this, I tend to roll my eyes and exit the immediate vicinity. I'd have the same reaction around a group that was talking about the brilliance of Chuck Norris.

It's not so much about the amount of age difference... I think it's the whole "Teen" thing that gets to me.

I do think Bob Dole leering at Britney Spears is gross--but if she appreciated the advances and they started dating, I don't think I would. If he was actually interested in her as a person.

There is a big problem with the way these women are presented, though, in general. I don't think I'll be able to catch Jamie Bell strategically naked on the cover of a magazine, for example. If I did, I don't think he'd have a "come hither" look on his face.

Why are teens "sexy" models? Aren't they dressed that way to be sexy? Some of them are underage. Some of them are just of age, but look underage. They are marketed as the ideal, the woman that every man wants.
Then we are suprised when "mature looking" 14 and 15 year old girls are coerced into sexual relationships with adult men.
Sure it is "naturual". Every caveman wanted the just sexually mature virgin who could bear him children for the next 25 years or so. Is that a woman's only worth though?
