Warning, Rant!

Can anyone please explain to me why people who are rude and mean and just plain assholes get what they want? While nice, kind, considerate, polite people get screwed? I hate it when my boss says we have to break all the rules and bend over for a client becasue they are a demanding, pain in the butt. But the clients who are nice and work with us have to wait and go through all the steps. It really pisses me off.
