Aye, me laddies! My dear grandmother wishes visit me in the states.
She'll be flying in to Mississippi from Eire by way of Cuba. Fidel Castro wants to take her to dinner, but I fear he'll spoil the dear old woman's virtue.

Please keep her in yer thoughts. I'm collectin' monies to provide her a bodyguard for the trip. My brother Ian, well, he's volunteered, but his affection for the pint has caused me grave concern. Same with me other brother Sean.

Would any of you be a' willin' to protect me granny's virtue as she travels from Eire to Cuba?

1. Maddy...
this is yer Grandmudder, Fiona. Now don't be pretendin' to save something that hasn't existed for a long time.

You know full well my virtue was taken by your grandfather on our wedding night. And by his brothers Liam, Ain, Seamus and Aloysius during the prior year. Oh, and don't forget your great Aunt Bridget - she got to me before the brothers did. But through daily mass and workin' in the laundries, I was able to reinstate my virtue prior to the wedding, immediately after which your drunken no-good grandfather took it for good. And I mean immediately after - Father O'Malley was so shocked to see us going at it in the sacristy he was barely able to join in.

4. I was going to volunteer my nephew
But tragically, he was killed in Iraq. And I can't take any time off from my important job as a police officer. Ay caramba.
