I think Heather Graham is a great actress and a complete goddess.

1. Nicole Kidman
Yeah, yeah, easy target for derision, but she showed her chops in "To Die For" and "The Hours."

I thought she was good as roller girl, but most of her roles are too cheesy to show off her talent.

8. Hmmm....

Christopher Walken, taking into account some of the ridiculous roles he has to have, and also his age...

Johnny Depp, simply because of his performance as Jack Sparrow (but we'll see how he handles Corpse Bride)

Matthew Lillard, for the same reason as Walken, minus age...

Shane Wyler, because he plays a gristly psycho so well and with-and-without the makeup he's cute. :D

That's all that springs immediately to mind...Danny Kaye was an excellent actor/comedian, but he didn't look very pretty. (Not that that's the most important thing, on second thought)

Many longtime DUers are afraid to venture out of the lounge lately. A few months ago, I posted almost exclusively in GD and Editorials. Now I'm a lounge lizard. Give it time. I'm sure eventually those forums will become less toxic.

Yeah, she was in that stupid fucking movie about the boat. But she's also an incredibly gifted actress, and fine as the point on a well-honed dagger. Rowrrrr.

20. Agreed.
Except I like the terrible boat movie. I'm not saying the terrible boat movie wasn't terrible, I just think that as terrible movies go, this one was pretty great.

The guy who wrote Butch Cassidy agrees- he wrote that Cameron should have been nominated for best screenplay, if you can believe it.

But back to Kate. Scrumptious.

Have you seen 'Trainspotting'? I don't think that it crossed the Altantic in a very big way. It puts McGregor in a very interesting light - also allows him to keep his Scots accent (though the inner city Edinburgh is not the most gorgeous of Scots accents).

In her prime, she was the most beautiful woman in the world (and still is to me). And her voice is the most perfect specimen of vocal talent I have ever had the pleasure of letting waif through my ears. I have heard of crystal clear before, but hers is beyond that. I often compare her voice to the sweet clean tube sound of my Mesa/Boogie. It's to die for, IMHO. If I ended us stranded on a desert island and could only have music by one artist, it would be her music. Same with pictures. How I would generate electricity to play the music would be a challenge though.
