24. No, he's a horrible in-game manager
He has no idea how to manage pitchers at all . I can't tell you how many times he's brought in Gordon when he should've brought Mo in, vise versa...or when he's brought Quantrill in when he should've gone to Gordon... It's pathetic. And don't get me started on lineups. Holy shit- Womack leading off? Matsui batting cleanup?? ARGHHHHHHH.

20. I would agree somewhat to that statement.
The Yanks just have no team chemistry. It's like no one cares whether they win or lose. No one except Jeter anyway.

23. Jeter seems to understand what makes a team work
its those idiots like George Steinbrenner who dont get it, like part of why the Yankees were good in the mid 90's wasnt because of big names but unknowns like Brosius, O'Neil, etc.

26. So true about the unknowns!
Pay me $20 million a year and I wouldn't care either. But baseball is a business and whoever has the most money that's where the talent will go to most of the time.

13. The Yankees got old overnight.
They are old and slow with a depleted farm system. They've got to get younger and faster which is hard to do quickly.

The harbor was beautiful too. Awesome park, I love the warehouse in right field. And yes, I went to a crab house. Always a nice thing to travel to a blue state. Seriously... it is. :(
