21. No. We were training today
and putting away some of the produce and stuff we got today (mostly onions, and odd things that last) on Monday and Tuesday we learn how to make the stuff on the menu, sandwich's and things. Then we have a soft opening on Wednesday. Then a big grand opening that weekend. I guess?


It's all so insane. We have so much to do still. AHHHHH!

29. Oh yeah, it's awesome.
Just stressful.

Finding places to put things in our very limited storage spaces. Trying to get everything set up. But we couldn't really until today, the construction workers were still doing things inside yesterday.

Our espresso maker was leaking. Crazy shit. I hate the coffee we have too, it's gross. We need to have good coffee damn it! :o

Put him in the fridge. When he is sleepy you super glue a string to his rear, something light like dental floss. Make a little sign, perhaps Bush Sucks or something like that. Do it on something light like cigarette paper and glue it to the other end of the string. Then when he wakes up he will fly around like a billboard plane.

Nah, that is cruel but I used to do that as a kid. Kids are cruel.
