He'd just flip out, spin around, and skate away from it all.

(BTW, his perf in the Olympics (was it 88?) was, I still think, the best ever. Damn. I wish I had it on tape. Absolutely fabulous.)

9. Yeah, it was in Calgary in 1988.

Actually, I thought there should have been two gold medals awarded that night one to Brian Boitano and one to Brian Orser from Canada.

BTW, I do have it on tape and on occasion take it out and watch all over again. Both performances were absolutely fabulous!!!
