Even the stuff available in the supermarket was better than most products in Restaurants in other countries.
And the art they created in the Restaurants ....

(a tiny Farmer-Restaurant in Burgundy was the best I've visited so far - far more "hands-on" than in Paris or other "upper class" French dining places)
