1. My theory....
Many people have such a hard time realizing that a woman can be both a sexual being while simultaneously being many other things. They want to pigeonhole women into these boxes, yet men aren't. It's silly.

Best quote I found recently:

"Moral indignation is jealousy with a halo." ~H.G. Wells

2. I think tattoos on men are trashy too
has nothing to do with sex, has to do with ... I don't know what ... the foolishness of placing an indelible image on your body I guess ...

5. Personally, I have no tattoos.
It's just not my thing and I'm basically neutral about it. It just bothered me that somehow women were singled out. Doesn't seem fair.

3. Because people can't see shades of grey at all.
Everyone and everything gets pigeonholed into extremes.

 cause they somehow know they are missing out on some of the fun.

Having a real good time doesn't make you trashy :dilemma: or if it does ~ then call me trashy too !

12. I don't have any tats
But that just me.

If somebody wants to do it, my only thing is that they obtain theirs in a safe and hygenic fashion.

What folks do their own bodies should be their concern.

13. I'm not saying you have to have tat's to have fun
Any body augmentation should be done sanely, soberly and in a manner that will not be detrimental to their health - both physically and mentally. I've seen tattoos which made me seriously question "what were they thinking?" But everyone should have the right to do anything they want with their bodies - it's about the freedom of personal choice. Sorta like ~I may not agree with you but I agree that you should have the right to make that choice for yourself.

There should be room for every one to be different, to have their own needs met when it truly doesn't affect anyone else.
