The pecan roll is haunting me
I stopped at the cafeteria on my way back from the gym. I got a scrambled egg and a link of sausage.

There it was, on the pastry cart. Ooeey, Gooey, sticky with pecans all over it.

And I told myself "walk away" and I did.

But now I can hear it calling me. It even knows my name. Whatever shall I do?

you would eat something healthy in an effort to avoid the pecan roll. That wouldn't really do the trick, so you would eat something a little less healthy than the first thing, also in an effort to avoid the pecan roll. That wouldn't work either, so you would eat a small cookie instead of the pecan roll. Still nothing. You would eventually cave and eat the pecan roll.

SO! Think of all those calories you just saved yourself by heading straight for the pecan roll. :crazy:

P.S. You should see me justify a shopping spree :D

7. I did have
a mini-croissant w/ some orange marmelade. It seems to have quieted the ghost--for now.
