Sushi Heaven

My SO, knowing my love of sushi, has made fresh California Roll, and I am in hog-heaven.

Plus, I learned today that our little town of 40,000 souls now has fresh sushi daily at a local restaurant, and it is superb, (except for the Wussabi sauce, which has no bite at all). It's like I've died and gone to heaven. Sushi Heaven.

No way.....

The Princess tried for 13 years to get me to try sushi, with no success. I finally gave in back in September, in (of all places) Waco, Texas. Now I'm hooked.

We have a sushi restaurant in Pueblo that we've gone to a few times (and have gotten take-out fom). They also sell pre-packaged sushi at the local Safeway and King Soopers in the fresh fish case, but I'm scared to try it.

We have a Go-Ten that serves stuff, but some visiting Japanese guests turned up their noses and said, "Don't eat that stuff."
