They used to be curvy. Nicole used to be a little plump, and she then lost *a little* weight. She looked pretty fit a few months ago, but this is too much.

Lindsey is also looking really sucked up.

I pity them because of the disgusting "standards" set up by our media that is as much out of touch with reality as our political and corporate leaders.

Being thin is one thing but that's just ridiculous.

There were a lot of rumors about Lyndsey Lohan using coke, and her denials were a bit non-specific. Nicole looks like a fifty year old drunk in that picture.

So sad. The good news is, a lot of teens aren't as fooled as the ABC story indicates. My daughter (who turns 12 tomorrow--I'm currently playing hookie from her birthday party!) laughs at celebrities who look like this. Most of her friends do, too. She's already dropped a couple of her "idols" for stupid behavior, including ridiculous emaciation.

Hope these two recover from whatever ails them. Lindsey, at least, has a lot of talent. I don't know anything about Nicole except that her adoptive father was way over-rated. :-)

Women are having ribs removed and starving themselves to death to look like THAT. I was in LA one time on business and was taken to Pamela Anderson's restaurant, and it was filled with surgically enhanced wannabes, sitting four to a table and eating a salad or a cup of soup. They looked like some new race, not even slightly human. They were chopped and channeled, botoxed, dyed, boob jobs, and had 14 inch waists.

Guys have body issues too, but nothing like this mess. Those women are going to die young from the abuse their bodies are going through now.

And, yes, it is disturbing. :scared:
