Emily Procter or Jill Hennessey? Who's the worst actress?
I actually cannot watch them perform and how they get work is beyond me,especially as leads or strong supporting roles.

I've seen far better acting in community theaters.

Emily Proctor played Ainsley Hayes, the Republican.

I thought she was really cool (for one of them) and I loved the sexual undercurrent between her and Sam (Rob Lowe's character)

Jill Hennessey is sort of stiff, but she doesn't annoy me that much- which isn't exactly a ringing endorsement.

7. Proctor was on "West Wing"
She played a republican who worked for Bartlett as a lawyer. Isn't she also a country singer? I thought she had a song out called "Emily and Me." :shrug: Her website is http://www.emilyproctor.com

5. She may be a lovely person but she's a lousy actress.
She has 2 facial expressions, a smirk and a look of surprise. She was lousy in L&O and she's lousy in Crossing Jordan.I have tried watching it but gave up!

9. I don't agree with your take on Proctor
I found Emily Proctor very entertaining in a supporting roll on West Wing and I thought she was quite good in supporting rolls in Body Shots and Breast Men (in both of which she pulled off nude scenes very well). If you have never seen Body Shots, give it a try. It is the only film I have ever liked Tara Reid in. This is pre-breast implants for Tara Reid when I think she was actually trying to act instead of play the dumb blond part. I have never seen Proctor in a leading roll. I agree that she does not have the chops for a lead at this time.

I don't watch L&O and have not seen very much of the other's work, so I can't really comment.

13. Jill. Hands down. And she used to be decent (IMHO).
I've actually never seen an actress go from tolerable to atrocious in the manner that Jill H. has. I didn't know that acting skills could devolve.
