Just found out I have an Umbilical Hernia. Need surgery.

Just found out I have an Umbilical Hernia. Need surgery.
I have to call General Surgery at Kaiser tomorrow to set it up. Its outpatient though and the recovery time is about one week.
Let nip this in the bud before it gets worse.
