1. I steam it lightly and eat it with brown
rice. It's good with a little oil and vinegar.

3. Soups, for one thing.

But I like to chop it and saute it in toasted sesame oil with garlic, onion, mushrooms or any other kind of veg I have in the fridge. oh yeah, and add shoyu or tamari at the end of sauteing.

4. Wash, Parboil, Chop Then Saute With Onion.
Chop and put in Lentil Soup.

Eat boiled with vinaigrette.
