I thought the first one barely entertaining, recognizing all the obvious thefts from other films.

1. I enjoyed the first one
I was in HS. The second one was fun, we were surely stoned when we saw it. The third bored the pee out of me. Haven't bothered since. Oh, and those are in order of release, I have NO idea of what the ordering of them is in Lucas-speak.

You must really enjoy feeling superior to the mob of geeks who enjoy (gasp!) an action/adventure movie.:eyes:

I like a really good action/adventure film, but there are not too many of these.

6. the cinematography was exciting
the story was traif though; just adolescent.

I'm much more of a Dune (Children of Dune) person - maybe not as much cinema but better story.

and we stood in line at the DOLBY theater to see it.

it was exciting at the time.

eh on the rest. i have seen one or two of them since on video but can't remember which ones.

i'll probably rent this one just cause its the last but ..... eh

11. Try this! I did.
Take all the Yoda lines from each of the first 3 movies, and record them all together in a string onto a CD or cassette. Then play them all at once!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! There IS a message.

I love (and own) the first 3, but have not liked any of the "new" ones. Have not seen the latest effort. Based on my other experiences, I may wind up waiting til it hits vid-rent. I hate spending money to be bored in a theater. At least with the vid-rent, I can drink beer and fart and make noise if I want.
