that's right to delicious porterhouse steaks marinating in some Jack Daniels Sauce just waiting for the grill to be fired up (for the first time this year) along with that I have some fresh corn on the cob. Who wants to come to Casa de Smitty for dinner?

7. Rib eye, be there pronto! Porterhouse? Eeeeeh....I dunno...
I love a nice 14-16 oz. ribeye, grilled medium well, with steaming baked potato and butter, and a cold beer!

One bypass surgery, coming right up! LOL.

Here's something else you need to do. Get one of those big sweet 1015 onions, core that bad boy out. Place it in tinfoil and raise the edges a bit. Place a pat of butter and some Worstcheshire sauce in the cored out middle. Finish wrapping the onion. Place it on the pit for about 45 minutes.

Mmmmmmmmm....goood.
