The ice cream truck in my neighborhood today had a security cam WTF

For real ! I am not lying . I have never seen this before . Since when did ice cream trucks have security cameras . I was not inside the truck , I was standing outside on the street like a normal customer buying funnel cake for my little cousins and myself - and then I noticed the camera and television screen showing me . Has anyone seen this before . I found this EXTREMELY odd .

3. Here in Oklahoma they get the rattiest skankiest men to do that job...

And most of them are selling drugs out of the truck or preying on unsuspecting children. Maybe their bosses are making sure they are doing what they are supposed to do?
