4. Figures that would be YOUR solution. I think you are more hooked
than I am on the DU/Jazz combination.

The problem is that if I wait too long, I lose motivation. :(

Let's see - exercise or listen to jazz and post on DU --- Mmmmmmm, tough choice. :D

It really is a gorgeous day! The horseback riders will be on the trails in full force, too.

7. I only wear headphones when I am indoors.
It is VERY dangerous to wear headphones while running outdoors. It drives me nuts when I see women do this. Someone wearing headphones wouldn't be able to hear anyone approaching them. And, I do know someone who was attacked while out running.

I know as a man, you probably wouldn't think of something like that, but as a woman, I have to. :(

I didn't mean to be a downer on your post, but it's true.

That being said, progmom did give me a really cool work out cd and a Brazilian jazz cd when I met her. I take both of those to the gym on a regular basis.
