Hayden Christensen can't act.....
Ok, so I'm only basing it on three films I've seen him in (Clones, Sith and Shattered Glass), but he can't act. Shattered Glass was a great movie, but I didn't like his character. I felt the other cast members did a better job than he did.

1. I actually thought he was surprisingly good in "Shattered Glass"
I suspected the Glass character was closer to his personality than Anakin. He really sucked in Clones and I hope Sith is better. I'll see it when the crowds thin.

6. You may be right
But the same bad performance in one movie may be a good one in another. Anthony Hopkins' performance in "The Road to Wellville" would just not have worked in the "Silence of the Lambs", for example.

2. Even Carrie Fisher improved between episodes 4 and 5...
Hayden is eye candy. Nothing more.

Lucas likes to think that people only want eye candy.

I could tell him where to go shove his candy cane...

5. I didn't care for him in Clones, but I thought he was good in Sith.

8. Agreed.
Laura Bush the day of her Botox could have probably shown more convincing emotion as Anakin than Hayden did.

11. He's definitely no a good actor, I'll vouch for that,
but his turn in Ep. III was his best yet. It isn't saying much, but it was better...

12. His portrayal of a guy trying to find moral footing in RIS...
really reminded me of the Dirk Digler character in Boogie Nights. I don't think this is a good thing.
