SKINNER: everywhere and all-powerful?

Kinston NC is a small Eastern NC town...high crime, high unemployment, and LOTS of B*sh stickers and Confederate flags on pickups.

Driving along, just as I'm thinking that this would be a nice town to go AROUND, rather than THROUGH, what do I see up ahead?

I wonder if he takes requests for weather?
