and he will carefully monitor and not hestitate to call for it if he feels like it. In other words, they get their judges, and if the dems get out of line about any other nominees, he will throw a monkey wrench in the middle of it.

How is this a win for us?

I think the only one who wins is John McCain because he just got one notch above Frist in the president race game.

7. There will be some very nasty looks at the next luncheon
for the GOP freaks.
One does not cut the balls off of a cat-killer like Frist without retribution.
