The State Department under Clinton knew that the situation in East Africa was deteriorating rapidly and it did nothing to prevent the massacres. Neither did the rest of the world, but still...a couple of phone calls from the White House and 5000 UN peacekeepers would have airborne...

I voted for him twice and would much rather have him in the White House than *, but this was by far his greatest moral failing, not Monica...
