Here is my man...just back from Iraq.....

He is Air Force. He returned on May 22, 2005 from a 5 month mission.

Isn't he handsome!

This was taken at about 30,000 feet in a C-130 over Iraq on the night he left. It was about 10:00 PM Iraqi time. They flew to Kuwait to pick up some passengers and then on to Al Udeid, Qatar and ultimately back to the USA.

8. He is home for the moment...
as far as we know. He has been in the Air Force since 1983! This is his second time in Iraq....first time was Gulf War I.

Glacier National Park is still my favorite National Park.

and so am I, for you both. Like winning the lottery, birthday and Christmas all in one. My nephew, goes over there, after a short visit, home this summer. I'm scared silly. My own son's four years in the Army, were over last August, thank god. Very handsome, indeed.

farm house when we were both 4 years old. He is 3 weeks older than I am. My parent built a new house near by with less farmland. Ed's the eldest of 7 children so the farm was needed as they were a good Catholic family and had plans. We grew up together in a small town in Pennsylvania.
