Any New York DUers going to the Halloween Parade Friday night?

If you do, you will no doubt see me. I can't tell you what the costume is, but it will be big, it will be funny, and it will be film related.

3. Wish I could but
I've got opera tickets at the Met.

The parade is always a blast.

6. Yes.
I have a costume and no place to so. Amy's out of town. Cliff doesn't want to do anything.

My only concern is that I still can't walk that great, and I'm kind of slow. My costume includes a very long skirt.

But I'd like to go to the parade and I don't want to go by myself.

11. I think I'm going to skip Halloween after all.
I have to be at work early the next day and I'm not feeling that great.

I hope you have a great time!

8. I would be thrilled to go
I'll suggest it to my family. I think my daughter would get a kick out of it, except she's hoping to go trick or treating. Do they throw candy out to the crowd?

10. I used to like that parade so much
Back when it was a small parade that wound its way through the back streets of the Village.

I don't like the big crowd that much anymore. But it still has to rank as one of the coolest parades in the country.

12. Hey! I'm going!
This oughta be a trip. I've never been to NY for a holiday. Halloween in the Village sounds like the perfect freak show! I haven't decided on a costume...the one I wore last weekend, Peter Pantsless, would not be appropriate for the street.

13. Um........it is the VILLAGE Halloween Parade
Peter Pantsless would probably fit right in.
