Rare, Medium or Well Done...
I'm sure the Lounge has had this topic on before, but just to remind the cooks at the grill this weekend...which do you prefer?
I like mine to say "Moooooooooo" when I stab it with a fork!

I loves mine medium rare. Medium if I have to.

Medium well or Well done? Forget it. I'll have something else. Seriously, if the choice is to have a steak utterly ruined by going medium well or well, I'll opt for the chicken breast, or the fish, or even the tofu. I like tofu.

Overcooked beef, though, just isn't worth the time.
