Poll question: Jedi or Sith?
Sith for President!—err...I mean...Sith all the way! :D

Get to wear black, get cool lightning, get red lightsaber blades...does it get any better?

1. The Jedi are wusses and too Vulcan like in their philosophy.

2. Yup...
their arrogance and inability to adapt to the changing times are what led to their downfall, tsk, tsk...

hadn't.

And throwing off coriolis displays every time he has a seizure. A real hit at parties. Yoda can levitate a keg and make the dancers' pasties disappear.

a couple beers and Yoda is out for the count.

23. Don't misunderestimate the power of the Emperor
or suffer your father's fate, you will.

:)

Ok, so I had to use the term Misunderestimate.

That might make a good t shirt.

11. The Emperor was the shit in the new movie!
I was shocked. I could always relate more to the Han Solo/Leia type characters, and have always liked Yoda, but the bad guys were infinately more interesting.

The duel between Palpatine and Yoda was crazy! And the voice is creepy as hell!

14. In ROTJ
I thought the Emperor was the most intresting thing in a other wise lackluster movie. Though I am always a sucker for a good villain. Especially one that makes no excuses and seems to revel in his or her evil.

16. I liked seeing the backstory on him
Infinately patient, very calculating, psychologically gifted, and clever. It was cool to see the almost charming and affable politcal figure be the cackling guy hurling lightning at Mace and Yoda. (Even though I like Mace and Yoda)

I thought the part was very well acted by Ian McDiarmid. I have to say his Emperor ties Nicholson's Joker, and Hopkins' Hannibal for my favorite bad guys, now.

26. Dark Horse Comics around 90 or 91 did a great comic
called "Dark Empire" It takes place several years after ROTJ and was supposed to be canon because it was cleared by Lucas but now I understand he has turned his back on that. Never the less it is a great story. The Emperor makes a comeback and you find out exactly how powerful the Emperor is in the ways of the Dark Side (no one has ever come close) but how incredibly calculating and devious he actually is.

28. Was pretty good. especially now you can find all the issues printed
in one book. You find out that the Emperor prepared for all contingencies and possibly get a glimpse why the original clone program was started.

I would have liked to see him in more lightsaber battles than what he had.

25. Couldn't be anything other than a Jedi.
All the Sith just envy the Jedi. They know the Jedi are right. They just refuse to accept it.
