but if a ragamuffin or street urchin of questionable breeding should mount the roll of bathroom tissue so that it dispenses from the bottom, I would slap him with the glove that covers my exquisitely manicured hand! :P
4. I defintely prefer over.... but I often don't think about it...
Who am I fooling? I am so lazy I never put a new roll on.... I just will leave the new roll on the counter... leaving my poor, over-worked wife to put it on... and she puts it on over. I don't MEAN to be lazy and inconsiderate and sometimes I do remember but most of the time I don't remember.
actually that's how I do it, but I wanted to force a choice.
I actually don't even have a tp roll holder in my bathroom. But if I did, the roll would be under. Easier to tear off that way. Seems like when I use an 'over' roll I have a tendency to accidentally pull off several yards of tp.
