Do you want a Crazy Frog on your phone?
Apparently, the most horrible ringtones yet invented are not only driving people nuts when cellphones ring, but are fast becoming the most popular CD in Europe.

Who says Europeans have taste?

Try some of these on for size:

I read somewhere that ring tones are a 4 or 5 billion dollar a year business and are expected to hit about 9 billion by 2008.

2. *LOL*
I kinda like the original Crazy Frog making engine noises and all. It makes me laugh. But for a ring tone?? I'd think that would get really old really fast. I think the other variations are just stupid and annoying. But that's just me.

5. I have a question for you.
Unrelated to the original purpose of this thread.

Your cat is one of those naked, hairless breeds, right? Does that mean she has no dander? Can people who are allergic to cats tolerate that breed?

My brother had a beautiful orange tabby, but because he's allergic he had her shaved. My contention is that shaving a cat does not eliminate the dander, which is the real source of allergens, and was therefore cruel and idiotic.

Your input?

6. Heres an answer :)
Yup.. She's a Sphynx. Since shes not a 'perfect' sphynx, she has some fur as you can see around her nose and mouth. Her tail is completely covered. She started growing hair when I got her fixed. She'll never have a full coat, and most Sphynx's especially the pet quality have a fuzz on their body (which she has).

My breeder told me that people arent allergic so much to their dander as it is their saliva. yes. Saliva. Thats why even people with severe allergies still cant tolerate the Sphynx. You are getting rid of the dander, but they still shed skin as we do and they need weeky baths to keep their skin clean and oil free.

That is sooo cruel to shave the cat. Did he know of his allergies before getting a cat? My cousin had severe allergies and her vet told her the only way to get over the allergy is to get a cat and to be around the cat on a daily basis. Her vet was right!

If he is still allergic to a Sphynx, that would be an expensive mistake to make.. The 'pet' quality starts at $1000 with some breeders and can top out at $8000 for show/breeder sometimes even more.

I'd find a local breeder in his area to see how well he tolerates a Sphynx as they are a unique and special breed that needs more grooming than a regular cat.

Anything else let me know I love these cats and I've done TONS of research on them.

9. Thanks, purr!
Wow, I didn't know that about saliva being an allergen!

I'm not sure when he knew he was allergic. We don't talk much and though I'd seen a photo of the cat previously, I learned about the shaving from another family member. The other thing that occurred to me is that even if shaving and bathing do reduce the dander, wouldn't they both have to be repeated on a regular basis to have any lasting effect? And wouldn't the cat have to be sedated to accomplish the shaving (if not also the bathing) each and every time? That would be torture upon torture!
