What's a fair price for a used refrig?

It's GE Profile, 22 cu ft., side by side with icemaker and water dispenser. It's 6 years old and in great shape. It was in the house when we bought it, but it was too small so we put it in the garage. Our neighbor is rehabing a house and wants to buy it. The price for the new equivalent is at least $1000. I've checked the local classifieds and thought that $75-100 was a fair price but wanted a second opinion.

4. I won't be shipping the fridge.

If my neighbor doesn't want it, someone else will. If worse comes to worst, I will offer it on Freecycle.
