Lohan Has Digital Breast Reduction (To Avoid Offending)
You won't believe it when you read it. So, even though the entire thing's quoted below, here's the link.

http://www.imdb.com/news/wenn/2005-06-06/#celeb3

Teen actress Lindsay Lohan's breasts have been digitally reduced for forthcoming Disney film Herbie: Fully Loaded, to avoid offending family audiences. Test screenings for the new movie, the fourth sequel to the 1968 film The Love Bug about a Volkswagen Beetle car with a mind of its own, indicated that some parents felt Lohan's character Maggie Peyton was too raunchy for a children's film. Disney technicians were forced to plough through numerous scenes - especially those showing the busty actress jumping up and down at a motor racing track, reducing her breasts by two cup sizes and raising revealing necklines on her T-shirts. Amused at her digital bosom reduction, Lohan says, "I don't know how Renee Zellweger kept swelling and shrinking for Bridget Jones. It's no fun. Bring on the computer guys."

Ha ha ha ha ha. Stop the ride, Mommy. I want to get off.

1. I just finished reading Whirlwind.
There are several parts in the book where it describes how the women needed to be kept in chador to avoid inciting evil lusts. Now why am I suddenly reminded of that?

6. Herbie? The Love Bug is being sequeled again... good grief. And now
it has to be asked if she'll do it for real, if she think the CGI version is so cool. :D

8. So Herbie's not the only one who was "Fully Loaded"?
How do they expect this to work?
When was the last time you sdaw a Typ I on the road?

"Daddy, what kind of funny-lookin' car *IS* that, anyway?"
"It's a Volkswagen"
"No it isn't. It doesn't look like Biff's Mommy's Turareg..."

10. Linsday Lohan: Fully Reloaded?
Edited on Tue Jun-07-05 06:35 AM by Bark Bark Bark
Is there any way to describe this that doesn't sound like an innuendo?

http://www.zap2it.com/movies/news/story/0,1259,---25928,00.html.

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com)- "Herbie: Fully Loaded" director Angela Robinson flatly denies rumors that in order to secure a "G" rating for the Disney summer offering star Lindsay Lohan's breasts had to be digitally covered and reduced.

"That, I think, was largely propagated on the Internet," Robinson says. "It wasn't really a concern."

"Herbie: Fully Loaded" appears to have safely scored its G-rating from the MPAA despite a number of scenes implying that a 42-year-old Volkswagen Bug might be inclined to sex up a younger Bug (complete with engorged radio antennae to imply automotive erections) and moments of euphemistic dialogue that would make small children blush if they could possibly understand. However, compared to her clothes in the hit comedy "Mean Girls," the 18-year-old Lohan's attire is positively conservative, as the actress spends much of the film in a racing suit that reveals less skin than your typical Amish casual wear.

Asked directly if computer wizardry had been used to obscure cleavage or eliminate unwanted prurient implications, Robinson responds tersely. "No."

Ha ha, "flatly denies."

False alarm? Or Disney realizing they've made a fire-spewing volcano out of an anthill, and backtracking like crazy? You decide.

...Wait. ENGORGED? RADIO ANTENNAE?

Ewwwwwwwwwww.

Drawing attention to the director--and, in the full article, a description of her previous work, which most people had forgotten about--isn't going to help, Disney...

(My subject is based on an idea for the title of the Director's Cut suggested by NewJeffCT. Thanks!)
