Crisp & Juicy
El Salvadoran rotisserie chicken is so good. Pollo grande. The dipping sauce really makes it though, medium and hot pepper sauce.(yellow & orange) One whole bird(two halves, one for me, one for my BIL) order of black beans and rice. Bone bag for the discards, paper plates, and we only had two forks to wash after wards. Now that is a meal.

1. I've had Colombian rotisserie that was awesome, too.
Probably pretty much the same. Damn, now I'm hungry.

That is constantly churning out smoke, if you didn't know better you'd think it was an industrial operation instead of a converted pizza oven.
