3. Your translation is bad

To send death to someone is steur dem Papst und den Turken mord

mord.. is also not a noun, I'd need to see the entire sentence to translate, but it is quite possible that they are speaking of murder commited by the Pope and the Turks. The word "des" is genitive, des Papstes Mord could mean the pope's murder, which is ambiguous. It could either be a murder of which the pope is a victim, or the murder commited by the pope.
