Heads up!! Eva Cassidy fans...new book "Songbird"
New Albumn--"American Tune"

This oustanding voice will not be silenced, thank God. Eva Cassidy is a number one artist in the UK but her American home doesn't seem to appreciate her as much as other countries. Dead at 33 from the ravages of cancer, Eva's records and art work continue to wow real musicians everywhere. She was the most versatile, most elegant voice of the century...a sweeter person you could not have known. If you like jazz, pop, rock, and classics you must own her treasure trove of music. Her voice makes you want to cry, scream, laugh, dance, sing, and make love.
Don't leave this earth before you hear Eva Cassidy's rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."

And she was from right here in MD..Annapolis area.

3. Great news! The best singer since Sinatra.
And don't check out before you hear her do "It's a Wonderful World".

At least as good as Satchmo.

And "Imagine".

Some of her things, its like you have not really heard the song until you hear her do it.

Amazing voice, especially with quality repertoire. Soulful, eloquent, what else can I say.

6. Just got copy of the albumn...not out most places. It's THE BEST!!
America should be proud of this albumn but I think it will sell more in the UK and Germany than in the US.
