Woman Finds Keychain With Porn Scenes In Her McDonald's Burger
<snip>

MIDDLETOWN | A woman's meal at a local McDonald's restaurant Wednesday night was anything but a "happy" one, she said, after she bit into a metal keychain — with a pornographic scene depicted on it — stuffed inside her sandwich.

Middletown police say they are investigating.

Penny Needham of Madison Twp. said she pulled up to the drive-through window of McDonald's on North Verity Parkway at 6:15 p.m. and ordered a double cheeseburger for herself, and food for two others. Needham then drove to her Aljen Road home to eat her meal, she said.

"I took a bite of the hamburger and bit down on something hard," Needham said.

The object, she said, was a metal key chain, shoved between two beef patties, depicting two people engaged in a sex act.

Needham said the metal chipped her teeth, causing her to seek treatment at Middletown Regional Hospital.

"It about killed my teeth," Needham said. "They told me to see a specialist. I am still in pain."

Needham, who said she has been a customer of the McDonald's on Verity for 25 years, said she took the sandwich back to the restaurant and was asked by employees if she wanted her money back or another cheeseburger.

"I told them no, I was going to talk to a lawyer," Needham said.

Restaurant manger Darrell Tucker contacted Middletown police Thursday afternoon in reference to possible food tampering. Detectives said they are investigating to determine who placed the key chain in the burger.

Employees reported seeing a similar keychain in the restaurant the day before Needham discovered the contaminated burger.

In a prepared statement, restaurant franchise owner Steve Posey said: "The safety of our food and our customers is our highest priority. We caution anyone from jumping to conclusions without having all the facts. We are working closely with the authorities to investigate this matter thoroughly."

2. Hmmmm ""The safety of our food and our customers is our highest priority."
If that's the case, you might want to consider a de-greasifier :evilgrin:
