4. I know. I could fall asleep at my desk here at work.
It would take me all of 10 seconds if I closed my eyes!

3. Definitely me
I couldn't pull myself away from a book last night and ended up not going to bed until I finished it at 3am.

10. Well my alarm went of at 5am
but I didn't get up till 6:18am. Had to have my son in daycare and out on the road by 7am. Good thing I don't have any meetings today!!

I'll be paying for it tonight.

7. I was just thinking the same thing
don't know why I'm so sleepy though--it's a beautiful day, I got 7 hours of sleep last night, and I got my workout in this morning.

no reason to be tired either, but I sure am!

9. me-- I just made a pot of coffee, took down a cup...
...set the cup on the counter, then carried the pot to my desk. I set the pot down and left it there until a couple of minutes later when I reached for coffee and realized that I hadn't poured any coffee, but rather had walked around carrying the pot as though it were a cup. I need more sleep.

13. Good morning, Shell Beau!
Normally I like to sleep in, but today I woke up and started to think about the stuff I need to do today; that settled it, and I got up...Of course, now I'm here, posting away instead of getting going on my list! OH well, soon I'll stop and be on my merry way...

Hope you can wake up soon! :hi:

14. Thanks! If I were at home, I would find other stuff to do other
than sleep. Isn't it funny how you can be sleepy at work, but when it is time to leave work, you perk right up! At least I do that! :hi:

15. Actually, I was the opposite...
I worked in a blood bank, and we were on our feet a lot...I'd be up for it, but once I got home, CRASH! Now I'm retired, and things are a lot easier...More energy everywhere...thank goodness!

Let's hear it for perkiness, whereever it happens! We can always use it, IMHO!

:pals:

16. I wish I was perky right now.
Some people can be a little too perky, though. Spastic people tend to get on my nerves b/c I am typically laid back. However, I could use the perky energy right now for sure!!:bounce: That is the kind of energy I need!!

17. I'm blue
Feeling a little down and disheartened today. I'd like to go back to bed, but I have to pack, do laundry, run errands, etc.

I wish for just once, I had some energy. You don't realize how much you miss it until it's gone.

18. I do..I do
So far today has been a bit "choppy" for me. I just need a few days to lay around and not think. Today would be a great start.
