That was funny. Not a bad performance, actually.

1. I saw Wang Chung in concert long ago...
I think they were opening for The Romantics on the
first stop... and if I'm not mistaken the next time
they passed through The Romantics were opening for them!

I went to both concerts... BTW.

LOL!

True story.

14. I saw them at a local club
wearing their red leather outfits.

I ran into another nerd from high school at the show who had also gone punk/wavo. We were shocked to see each other. It was funny.

9. Yes, I did.
The first time I saw Wang Chung was about a week before their first
video came out.

They didn't even have tee-shirts yet and my room mate made himself
one.

Wang Chung wailed!

Ah, my girlfriend liked The Romantics. They were a mite too
showy for me.

:)

2. I saw it
and wondered what made them choose that song. I thought it was a sad performance.

4. I wondered the same thing...
Not exactly what one might expect from them.

5. Are y'all talking about the show where they bring back '80s musicians?
I watched it a couple of weeks ago.

Interesting, but, I wondered about their song choices
as well.

It was Tiffany on the night I watched.

10. Yup
I saw the Tiffany episode, too. I've completely forgotten both her performances, though.

11. What does that even mean?
Cameo was on as well... I missed their performance of a current song. :(

15. I think it came from the tv show Frazier.
He said something about wanting to do the wang chung!

Frasier Crane: You know, on the way over, I decided to listen to a rock station to get into the mood. And I heard a line in one of those tribal passages that I thought was the keynote for this evening. "Everybody have fun tonight. Everybody Wang Chung tonight."

16. Wang Chung and the song "Everybody Have Fun Tonight"
were around long before the TV show "Frasier."
