What the heck is the origin of the "peaches" thing?

And what is the story behind Lieberman's ram's horn thing, why do they do that? ...I quite love that sound, I must confess.

5. found this:
Peaches was a performer who was on the show in the early days of Majority Report. The interview (taped) was so awful that the blog forced them to put a stop to the interview before it was over. After that, at the end of each show, Janeane says "Peaches" in honor of that interview. Sort of a "goodnight" to the blog.
