2. Interesting
Are the driving conditions in your area relatively smooth? It's a little stop and go here, I think that may be the issue..

9. No lots of hills.
Have you checked your tires, if they are not properly inflated it can affect your mpg. Try a different gas?

3. My car is infinitely better than the sales sticker.
I tried driving the sales sticker, but nothing happened. I just sat there on the showroom floor on top of my sales sticker thinking that maybe it would take off like a magic carpet, but it never did. I don't know why not. Pretty soon the salesman called security and two guys with shaved heads and Bush and Jesus tattoos on their forearms came and carted my silly ass off to the nut ward. I figure, what do they know, the fucking Nazis!

5. right on or slightly better
My car has a fancy computer readout screen with different data and I always keep it on average MPG, which keeps me being a good driver.

10. Sticker: 68 HWY, 62 Town / Reality: 56 HWY/ 52 Town
Though I used to get 62 Highway pretty regularly. The car (Honda Insight of course (manual)) now has 102,000 miles on it and my lifetime MPG is, I believe, 56.2.

with what the car actually gets.

13. Better
The average for the highway was listed as 34mpg, but on a 300 mile roundtrip I measured it at 38mpg, based on the computer's reading. Average speed was 65mph.

The in-town average matched at 28mpg though, based on my daily commute where I average 30mph.

2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S, ranked as the one of the Top 15 green cars for its clean exhaust. Since I can't afford a hybrid, I did as best as I could for fuel efficiency and air quality.

16. Pretty Close
Mine said 27/32. I get a pinch under 30 overall. I think that's a pretty good estimate.

17. Last three I had were better (Jetta, A4, Passat);
this one (Volvo C70 HPT convertible) is worse, probably because it's a fast car so I get on it a lot.

Mrs R's last few: Jeep (terrible), SAAB 9000 (worse), Acura RSX (better), Volvo S60 2.5T AWD (better).
