I loves me some eggs! Scrambled, over easy, boiled, poached . . . I don't care! Egg McMuffin, Egg Cream, chocolate Easter egg, egg wash, Egg Roll, egg shampoo. Omelet. Egg drop soup.

In fact, tomorrow AM, I am planning to finish up eating the stuff in the refrigerator before we take off; one of the things I'm going to eat are a couple of hard-boiled eggs that I plan to turn into egg salad! I LOVE egg salad...This kills two birds with one stone, so to speak, not that I'm in favor of killing birds, LOL...

First of all you have to find the "Heinz" salad cream. Speciality store or British food store, something like that.

Hard boil the eggs.

Peel.

Eat with the salad cream. There is nothing better on earth. (Except Omaha steaks.)



(Especially if your British wife makes them for you when you have a big bad hangover.)
