To the DUer who was Roy for halloween
Do you live in NY? Where you in the Grenwhich Village parade?

From the description of your costume, I think I saw you on Fox News.

1. Patrick Roy or tiger-mauled Roy?
I think Will Pitt was going to dress up as tiger-mauled Roy.

2. It was a quick glimpse on TV
but, I'm pretty sure it wasn't Will Pitt and I think I would have remembered if it was Will who posted what I read here. But yes, it was a tiger-mauled Roy, complete with plush toy tiger -- just as someone described here. Maybe that costume idea was a little more popular than I would have guessed.

4. Actually, it was Will who posted his plans to appear as
tiger-mauled Roy....

I suspect he's recovering from his Halloween, but will likely check in later. NYC not that far from Boston, so who knows?

5. Will did post...
that he was gonna dress up as Roy. However, I think there might have been someone else who did as well.

3. I did it too....
...but I didn't advertise it here beforehand.

My daughter has a black and white striped tiger. I stitched it's face to the throat of a turtleneck sweater, wore a cape and spoke with a strange accent. A little blood around the neck too.

9. We had two guys at the bar dressed as Siegfried and Roy...
... post-mauling. It was one of my favorite costumes.

Another good one I saw was the infamous Cubs fan, but we gave the award to a gay couple dressed as Nick and Jessica Simpson.

:-)
