1. I liked them a ton but I think I like all thier spin off bands more..
Unida, Brant Bjork's solo stuff, and even QOTSA. I could stretch and even include Fu Manchu in there as well.

worst freakin song in the world.

i cant believe that they let that guy sing for em, the rest of the band was decent. im actuially a HUGE QOTSA fan, and i hate kyuss

4. Yeah, Garcia was the weak link - shit lyricist, rotten voice.

Every lineup was excellent. I favor "Sky Valley" myself.

7. For my money,
Brant Bjork is probably one of the greatest rock drummers of modern times. When he joined Fu Manchu, he only got better. And he's all-around a pretty damn good musician.

Love the music, hate the singer.

Hate, hate, hate...

Can't believe that that was the best guy they could find.

My friend who's a HUGE Kyuss fan still contends that they got a shitty singer on purpose. Supposedly to add something to the feel of the music. Still not buying it.

9. Alice in Chains arrived in the 90's...sooo
not a chance for Kyuss there.

But there were a lot of great rock bands in the early 90's.

Kyuss was pretty good...
