instead I watched the NBA draft, chuckled to myself that UNC will have NOBODY on their team next year and during the commercials I flipped back to the Mets game (we are winning 2-1) and you know what I feel great. My blood pressure is at a normal level and I think I'm going to have a cookie.
I'm guessing I didn't miss much, I think I'm going to avoid listening to Chimpy as much as possible now. My body will thank me for it later
I didn't watch either.. mainly because I had a bad day.. and I figure listening to his Shrubness would make it worse.. so I watched Law and Order reruns instead....
and ate cake... with of course my usual glass of tea :).
it's like a car accident, you can't look away. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment but tonight I resisted and I'm happier because of it. Besides I can read about it on DU and in the NY Times tomorrow
I do not have cable..so since this was on network, i did try to watch...but..ya know..it is not even that it makes me angry anymore...i just feel soooooo embarressed by this pathetic being that is our president...i had to turn away..and then turn it off.
Saw the opening minutes, noticed that it looked like he had mouse ears on either side of him & then my kid called. Had a much better time talking to her.
