What do you smell like?
I smell a little like fresh laundry (just put on a clean t-shirt) and the oatmeal lavender soap I used this morning.

73. I do believe it has to do with one's own body chemistry. Perfumes
that smell great on others do not necessarily smell good on me. It has to be a match to our own chemistry to be a comfortable scent.

I just got back from running on the beach. But after I take my shower, I'll smell like a mixture of Tropical Breeze (my Shower gel) and Cherry Bark & Almonds (my shampoo). :)

38. Yes... but I nearly turned my ankle.
I had to dodge a tourist couple who were running away from the incoming wave, and I hit a hole in the softer sand. It wasn't a bad run though and luckily the water was coming back in or I would have had to add "Low Tide" to the list of smells... not pleasant! :)

31. My boss and I paid a visit
Our train attendants do a great job, but lately there have been too many discrepancies with the cash, so my boss and I (since I am the one who does the reconciling) took the train today to the Canyon, and learned how the day to day duties go. It was well worth it, and breaks the cube routine. :D

I smell like dial mountain fresh soap, because I took a shower after work. I also put on a dab of Lagerfeld aftershave lotion.

I also put on freshly laundered shorts and a t-shirt for bed a little while ago, but I am out of dryer sheets so I don't have that lingering fresh laundry smell in my clothes

And I have a Yankee Candle - Clean Cotton - burning for a few hours.

I quit smoking 2 days ago (48 hours and 30 minutes), so I definitely don't have a hint of smoke for the first time in quite a while.

My daughter was so disappointed that we didn't have cake and candles on my birthday that I decided to pick up a little cake at the bakery yesterday afternoon (chocolate mousse tuxedo cake). We did the whole candles and singing "Happy Birthday" bit and that made her happy. That's how I acquired the chocolate cake scent. :)

In other words, I stink. Almost all the time.

Thanks to the joy that is perimenopause, my body order has gone from barely there to highly noxious on the stink-o-meter. I can bath from dawn to dusk, I can drench my pits in Mitchum -- nothing seems to help.

that I naturally exude a scent of fresh apricots. About that, I cannot say. But I do wear a scent which is hand blended specifically for me; a little spicy, some floral undertones, very light and very crisp.
