2. A bunch of worthless guys and... the Red Sox.
I am one of those people who hates baseball but loves one team. I don't know why, I just love the Red Sox. I will even watch their games, despite my dislike of the game. I might have to go with Joe Dimaggio though, because he was referenced in a Seinfeld episode... The first one I saw, I think.

16. Pete Rose
No, not stupid gambling manager Pete, but Charlie Hustle, ballplayer with most hits Pete Rose. Growing up, he was baseball to me.

Plus, he tried to pick my mother up in a bowling alley back in the 60's. Got an autographed picture out of the meeting and no he did not succeed. :-)

19. A sport with too long of a fucking season
April to November is too long for chrissakes. Basketball too. Why can't they be like their popular brother the NFL.

Now there's a sport!!! There is no time to take it easy in the NFL. In the NFL you kick ass every game or kiss your playoff chances goodbye.

28. Don't know what team you are goin to see!!
I have season tickets to the Single A team here - Potomac Nationals...top notch seats are 10 bucks apiece!! Food will run about $12 depending on what you get.

Bleacher seats at a major league game can be had for $7-$10

Sorry, you can't even park for that at a football game, let alone get a ticket!!! If you can even get one.

When he wakes up in the parking lot and says "What? I'm cut already?"

A hoot.
