Bach's rescue remedy. Anyone ever used this?

My goddess mother swears by it and handed me a bottle at my mom's funeral. I'm already taking St. John's Wort so I figure this stuff won't hurt.

I do feel a little bit like I should be wearing it as a perfume, though, instead of ingesting it. *g*

Supposedly helps relieve anxiety. I wasn't aware it was useful for humans as well.
