Poll question: Do you talk on your cell phone in the restroom?
Okay I supress my urge to post a rant on here every time some nasty germ-spreader walks out without washing (reminder: WASH YOUR DAMN HANDS!)... but this time there was a woman in there talking on her cell phone... not even handsfree (ew!)... and get this... as she's sitting there among sounds of flushing and such, she asks the person she's talking to "what's that noise in the background?"

they do it in the men's room in my office building ALL the time...


another peeve: there will often be 2 guys from some company or other in the restroom, one guy in a stall and the other guy standing outside the stall talking to him about work!!! WTF? Take a 5-minute break people!!!

4. Yeah...
I have a strict "no talking while on the crapper" rule. I don't get how anyone thinks that's acceptable.

6. That is so nasty. True story
I was next to a guy in the restroom. He was talking on the phone while making HUGE sound effects. YOu could tell the person on the other line asked if he was on the crapper, but still continued the converstation. This is just wrong.

There's been a few times my wife called while I was on the john and she asks if I'm busy and I say "Nope .. you caught me with my pants around my knees" or if the other bizness "Just playing with myself." She loves it.

9. Some guy was doing that at the next urinal earlier today.
He discovered that it wasn't a great idea to talk on the phone when I'm in the next stall. I ripped a fart as loud as I could, and then he had to explain that he was calling from the pisser and apologize to whoever it was he was talking to.

10. That's gross.
Last summer I went to use a public restroom at and two of the four stalls were broken so the line was long. A woman was in one of the two working stalls having a long conversation on her cell phone. We all heard more than we ever wanted to know about her legal problems. After five minutes the woman in front of me screams, "Bitch if you don't get out of there right now I'll turn you into your parole officer!"

13. Last week I went into the restroom on my floor
and there was some teeny-bopper girl in a stall gossiping with her girlfriend while she used the facilities. After she finished, she said, "Hang on, I have to flush now", so her friend must have known what she was doing during the call. She didn't wash her hands when she came out either. Yuck.

I would never talk to someone while I was "going". That's just wrong.

Seems as if I'm the only one who occassionally put the cellphone even CLOSER to my ass so that they can better hear what I am doing.

19. Oh, I can imagine being the person on the other end
the person in the next stall lets a big fart rip, then on the other side the toilet flushes.
