Here's mine:

I can't help it. I'm not much of a nerd myself (well, I don't look like one anyway) and I don't know where it started, but it's always been there. People make fun of me at work sometimes. Friends never understand my taste in men. My 13 year old daughter really makes fun of me. I can't help it though.

Should I try to change or embrace the nerd love?

I embraced my inner nerd years ago. I stopped even trying to be cool (having always failed miserably) and now I'm a lot happier. People like me the way I am, not the way I wish I was.
