I agree, there's not many, if any, advantages to keeping the South in the US. My real estate taxes are lower than yours, I don't have any wage tax or occupations tax either, but that's about it, except I don't ever have to shovel snow!

I'd be all for letting them have their own SUS (South United States) and do their own thing.

Just let me know enough im advance so I can sell my house and move!

9. thanks for making us feel even more alone down here. I should have
known when we were left to fend for ourselves around the election but thanks for completely clearing up that we southerner's are basically unwanted.
